We're hiring a Seniors Community Connector! In this new, full-time role, you'll help bridge the gap between healthcare and social care by linking older adults to community-based, non-medical support services. The last day to apply is April 26.
The next edition of our Volunteer Management Training Series kicks off June 3 and, for added convenience, will be held entirely online! In this career-oriented course, you'll learn how to build and sustain a successful volunteer program, gaining a skillset that's universally valued throughout the non-profit sector.
Through our SHINE program, we provide older adults with housing navigation assistance, working with clients one-on-one to identify their needs, overcome barriers, and open doors - quite literally! - to safe, affordable housing.
