Refund Policy

Charitable donations and membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellations received 5 business days or more prior to the workshop will receive a refund of fees, less a $10.00 administration fee.

2) Cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the workshop or no-shows for any reason will not receive a refund or credit.

3) Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives may cancel a workshop at any time. Registrants will be notified and 100% of fees refunded.
